In response to COVID-19, we want to remind you that PURE is here to serve you and assure you that all member services are still being delivered.
We are committed to maintaining social distancing while providing personalized service to you.
To do our part to “flatten the curve” and keep our staff and their families safe, we have closed our ten offices across the country and have established a work-from home protocol. From video conferencing to online chat, we have completely reimagined the way we work together.
To prioritize the health of our membership, we have scaled back in-person contact to the services that are most critical to our purpose, while making better use of technology to serve your needs.
As the situation evolves, we will continue to evaluate additional measures.
