Our Response to COVID-19

In response to COVID-19, we want to remind you that PURE is here to serve you and assure you that all member services are still being delivered.

We are committed to maintaining social distancing while providing personalized service to you.

To do our part to “flatten the curve” and keep our staff and their families safe, we have closed our ten offices across the country and have established a work-from home protocol. From video conferencing to online chat, we have completely reimagined the way we work together.

To prioritize the health of our membership, we have scaled back in-person contact to the services that are most critical to our purpose, while making better use of technology to serve your needs.

  • Car Damage: Download PURE Express to submit pictures of damage directly from your smartphone and receive repair estimates in as little as a few hours.
  • Property Damage: In the event of a claim, we will manage the process with virtual inspection tools that allow you to work directly with your claims adjuster via real-time video.
  • Risk Management: Learn more about how a Self-Directed PURE Home Review can identify potential hazards in your home to help you prevent loss.

As the situation evolves, we will continue to evaluate additional measures.

  • Our claims service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To report a claim, call 888.813.7873 or email claims@pureinsurance.com.
  • We understand many have been financially impacted as a result of COVID-19, and we are here to work with you. Member Services Associates are standing by to discuss options that may be available to you related to payments, billing, or other account-related concerns, and are available 7 AM to 9 PM ET Monday through Friday and 8 AM to 8 PM ET Saturday.   • Visit the PURE Member Portal where you can access coverage, bills, policy documents, claims information and live chat.
  • The underwriting teams that provide solutions to your independent insurance brokers are also on call and ready to respond to any inquiries.

In these unprecedented times, our employees are leaning in to help their local communities, from donating to local food pantries to grocery shopping for those most vulnerable to illness.
