New loss prevention pilot: Flume

We are invested in helping members reduce risk to their home and family. Water damage consistently ranks as one of the most common, costly and disruptive types of losses for PURE members, so we are offering a free Flume smart leak sensor to select members in our Member Feedback Group. Our aim is to learn about their experience and ultimately make this program available to additional members.

Just over a year ago, we introduced our complimentary Ting program to help members avoid the risk and danger associated with electrical fires. Since then, more than 25,000 sensors have been installed in PURE members' homes and nearly 100 issues that could have become fires were remedied. While we are pleased with this progress, we would love to see a day where everyone has a Ting sensor in all of their homes.

New loss prevention program: free water system checkup from Homepoint for members in Austin, TX

We are invested in helping members reduce the risk of water damage so they can enjoy what matters most. Our newest offer is a free water system checkup from Homepoint, an Austin-based luxury home maintenance service provider.
The visit focuses on identifying and upgrading some of the most common culprits of water damage, like water supply lines, and an audit for any areas of a home that may be susceptible to freezing during a cold snap.

New loss prevention program: free Watertight Home Check for PURE members

Over the last year, we’ve introduced loss prevention programs like Ting and LeakBot to help members protect their homes from electrical fires and water damage.
Building on the success of these programs, we are excited to introduce our latest pilot: a free Watertight Home Check™ from Beagle Services to identify and correct some of the most common culprits of water damage.
Members with a single-family home insured by PURE in Arizona, California, Florida or Georgia are eligible.
