Agency Statement:
The USAA P&C Insurance Agency (Insurance Agency) was established in 1983 and is an important component in USAA’s overall strategy. The Insurance Agency is critical to providing the full range of products and services promised in our mission statement. Our diverse membership has a wide range of insurance needs. It would be difficult, if not impossible, for USAA to “manufacture” all these products and services. The Insurance Agency carefully selects alliances to provide members the best combination of coverage and cost for their unique needs. Alliances are evaluated for pricing, financial stability, specialization, customer service and culture fit to USAA. Only alliances that excel in these areas are selected. Throughout the relationship, the alliances are monitored to ensure quality and value for members. Members can be assured they are covered by a reputable company that will be there in the unfortunate event of a loss. In addition, our members have Insurance Agency personnel who serve as advocates for them in the unlikely event of a problem. The Insurance Agency is used for non-P&C eligible solutions. Purchase of this product does not guarantee USAA membership. USAA Insurance Agency means USAA Insurance Agency, Inc. or USAA of Texas Insurance Agency. CA Lic #0D78305, TX Lic #7096. 9800 Fredericksburg Road, San Antonio, TX 78288. The Agency represents third party insurers that are not affiliated with USAA, and provides services to you on their behalf.
