How does it work?
You will receive an invitation via email to download the Flyreel app. From there, the app will guide you through documenting your home. Please note, this process does require mobility, as it includes documentation of all levels of the home as well as the exterior and may require crouching or bending over to capture specific pictures.
Upon completion, one of our Risk Managers will review the report to identify any loss prevention opportunities and confirm you have the right amount of coverage in place. They will share their report with you, which will include insights on how you can reduce risk around your home. We will also keep a record of the report on hand to make recovery a bit smoother in the unfortunate event of a claim.

We believe there is great value for our members and for PURE in collecting documentation on every home that we insure, and we are eager for the opportunity to collaborate with you to do that. However, should you choose not to participate, we will use other methods to confirm the information needed.
On average, about 30 minutes.
We recommend that you complete the home review at your earliest convenience, but the app will send periodic reminders if you can’t get to it right away. Generally, your invitation will expire after 30 days after which we will use other methods to confirm the information needed.

Yes. Make sure to download and sign in to the app before you go to the property. Before starting, set your device to airplane mode. Follow the instructions in the app to complete the review and turn off airplane mode when you are done. When you return to an area with cellular coverage or Wi-Fi, return to the app to submit the report.
Your information is reviewed by one of our Risk Managers who will share your personalized report with you. This will include insights on how you can reduce risk around your home and the estimated cost to rebuild it in case of a total loss. You will receive the completed report via email.
The information you submit is anonymized, stored by our third-party vendor and shared only with PURE.
