PURE Insurance Earns Top Five Spot on Fortune’s 25 Best Small & Medium Workplaces in New York

The list was based on 137,000 employee surveys on the company’s culture, leadership, benefits and other crucial factors in an outstanding employee experience.

Great Place to Work surveyed nearly 137,000 employees from Great Place to Work–Certified organizations with locations in New York state and the New York City metropolitan area. It analyzed how positively employees rated their organizations on more than 50 different metrics, including management transparency, professional development, meaningful work, promotion equity and the generosity of benefit programs.
