The safety and wellbeing of our members is very important to us. The resources below have been mobilized so that we can address the needs of our members and their communities.
- PURE adjusters are on the ground across Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina along with our preferred service providers who are already inspecting homes, mitigating roofs, removing trees and extracting water where needed.
- Our team is coordinating visits to members' homes in areas where access is not restricted to proactively assess for damage.
- PURE Member Advocates and PURE Corps—a group of team members across the organization who have stepped up to provide added support for the membership during CAT events—have been in contact with hundreds of members in the impacted areas to check in and help them begin the claims process where needed.
- PURE Art Services has been in touch with members in the path of the storm who insure large collections with PURE. Please email [email protected] if you have questions about collections.
- Our local Charleston office is in the process of collecting donations and much-needed items like bottled water, non-perishable foods, diapers, baby formula, pet food, flashlights, batteries and cleaning supplies to donate to impacted communities. Additionally, our team is coordinating a larger donation through the PURE Foundation to support relief efforts.
