Join our network of custom home builders

At PURE, our members trust us to be there when the unexpected happens. After a major loss, our priority is to help them rebuild quickly, with care, and to the highest standard. We partner with leading custom builders who share our commitment to excellence. We’re now expanding this network to better serve our members when they need us most.

What would our partnership look like?

Our goal is simple: when our members suffer damage to their home, we want to give them all the resources and support they need to repair their home and return their life to normal as quickly as possible.

There are two ways you can help us do that:

Who should apply?

We aim to partner with established, reputable custom home builders and repair contractors that provide exceptional service and top-quality craftsmanship on for the finest homes across the United States and Canada.

Suitable partners should be able to:

  • Handle large, complex residential construction projects. These can range from partial repairs like a water loss on one level of a home, to a complete rebuild, like a total loss fire.
  • Take on new work at unplanned times. By their very nature, insurance claims don’t happen on schedule, so we need partners who are ready to respond, even on short notice.
  • Understand the fundamentals of insurance. While this isn’t necessarily a requirement, it can be helpful for our partners to understand the basics of the property insurance claims process. But if you don’t have any experience working with insurance companies, we’ll get you up to speed.

Why partner with PURE?

  • You’ll have a direct line to HNW clientele in need of construction services.
  • If you don’t secure the reconstruction job, we’ll pay you a competitive rate for your time spent consulting as a construction expert.

What types of projects will I assist with?

  • Partial losses. Significant damage that affects part of a home. Example: a burst pipe in a $20 million home causes over $1 million in damage across multiple rooms on the first floor.
  • Total losses. Situations where the home cannot be repaired and must be rebuilt. Example: a $6 million home is destroyed by fire and requires demolition and reconstruction.

These examples are meant to illustrate the types of situations you may encounter, but the actual projects you work on will vary.

How will I be compensated?

  • If you are the general contractor: You’ll enter into a repair contract directly with our member. You’ll make the typical, reasonable margin to complete the reconstruction project, and we’ll pay you directly for the approved scope of work.
  • If you are consulting on a project: We will pay a competitive hourly rate for your services.

What do I need to do to apply to your program?

Since our goal is to provide members with access to the best contractors in their market, we’ll ask you to submit some information so that we can:

  • Conduct a background check (checking for liens, judgements, bankruptcies.)
  • Perform a financial health check (to ensure adequate working capital and operational stability)
  • Verify active licenses, where required
  • Ensure adequate insurance is in place for general liability and workers’ compensation
