MacKenna holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Art History and Chemistry from Wofford College and possesses a multidisciplinary background in fine art and architectural restoration. During her undergraduate studies, she gained experience across the conservation, auction, and museum spaces, including curating a virtual exhibition for The Johnson Collection that explored the critical role and importance of conservation in maintaining the collection. Before joining PURE in 2022, MacKenna spent several years in architectural restoration, specializing in the development of materials for the preservation of historic building facades.

MacKenna currently serves as our Senior Fine Art Associate, working with PURE members nationally to support all aspects of collection management, including appraisals, transit, inventory creation, acquisitions, and sales.
