Dave joined PURE in 2020 as Chief Risk Officer with more than 20 years of industry experience, predominantly in the reinsurance space, and was appointed President in 2023. He has executive responsibility for distribution, marketing, member experience, our Canadian operations, enterprise risk management, actuarial functions and reinsurance. He also serves on the Subscribers' Advisory Committee and the Board of Directors. Prior to joining PURE, Dave served as Managing Director for Guy Carpenter. He holds a BA from the University of Minnesota and has earned the Associate in Reinsurance designation.
