Kristen Vicino
Head of Service
Kristen leads a group of dedicated professionals who strive to provide exceptional service to PURE’s members and brokers across a variety of areas. Kristen also serves as executive sponsor of the PURE United employee resource group, which aims to promote allyship and inclusion across the company. She joined PURE in 2019 as part of the Claims team and has been in her current role since 2021.
Prior to joining PURE, Kristen held leadership roles in several functions at Liberty Mutual, including strategy and innovation, claims and distribution. Kristen has a BS in Business Administration from Babson College and an MBA from Boston College. She lives in Boston with her husband and two children, where she serves as chair of the board of trustees of Ellis Early Learning, an early education non-profit.
