Kristen leads a group of dedicated professionals who strive to provide exceptional service to PURE’s members and brokers across a variety of areas. She joined PURE in 2019, and has been a leading voice in continuing to build upon the strength of our company-wide service culture.

Previously, Kristen held leadership roles in several functions at Liberty Mutual, including strategy and innovation, claims and distribution. Kristen has a BS in Business Administration from Babson College and an MBA from Boston College.
