PURE360
How does it work?
When you become a PURE member or your policy is up for renewal, we may reach out to schedule a consultation at a time that’s convenient for you. You can also request one at any time.
Most PURE360s are conducted by a PURE Risk Manager who will visit your home for an in-person inspection. During this appointment, they will walk through your home to identify any unique features and check for potential hazards.
However, depending on the size of your home or where your home is located, there may be some instances where we ask you to complete a virtual Risk Management Consultation or send our partner, Mueller, to help complete the consultation on our behalf.
After your PURE360, we’ll share a report of our findings which will include advice to help you avoid loss and better protect your home. The report is available in your online account and on the PURE Insurance mobile app where your personalized advice will update throughout the lifecycle of your home.
Our Risk Management Services team can help you implement the loss prevention recommendations provided in your report.

While it is not our intent, it is possible that your premium increases after the inspection if we find that you are underinsured—for example, if your home has additional square footage, custom finishes or other unique features that PURE was unaware of when your policy was written—and you need additional coverage to fully cover your property.
The PURE360 is both an interior and exterior visit. Your Risk Manager will walk through and around your entire home, paying special attention to things like your hot water heater and HVAC system. If necessary, they can even use thermographic cameras to inspect inside the walls.
Nothing! Your Risk Manager wants to look at the features of your home itself and they don’t mind a little mess.
No. You’ll be given a specific appointment time, not a window, to know when to expect your Risk Manager. From there, the PURE360 usually takes around an hour for homes with up to 5,000 square feet.
All Risk Managers are vetted and employed by PURE. You can trust that your Risk Manager has deep expertise in the unique and custom intricacies of high-value homes and that they have your best interest at heart.
In some instances, your consultation may be conducted by our partners at Mueller, who also have deep expertise and experience with home risk assessments.
