PURE360
The PURE360 Risk Management Consultation
We are committed to helping you avoid loss and protect the things that matter most. That includes helping you understand the risks associated with the unique aspects of your home.
How does it work?
When you become a PURE member or your policy is up for renewal, we may reach out to schedule a consultation at a time that’s convenient for you. You can also request one at any time.

Most PURE360s are conducted by a PURE Risk Manager who will visit your home for an in-person inspection. During this appointment, they will walk through your home to identify any unique features and check for potential hazards.
However, depending on the size of your home or where your home is located, there may be some instances where we ask you to complete a Self-Directed PURE Home Review or send our partner, Mueller, to help complete the consultation on our behalf.

Frequently Asked Questions
ABOUT THE PURE360
The PURE360 is a requirement for some homes. Members can also request this service for any PURE-insured property regardless of if it’s required.
This consultation allows us to collect information on the unique features of your home, which helps us ensure you have proper coverage in place and makes it easier to rebuild your home in the event of a serious claim.
Your Risk Manager will also identify actions you can take to prevent disruptive losses around your home and ensure that all eligible policy credits are applied to your account.
Your Risk Manager will walk through your entire home looking for ways to help prevent damage. This may include opening cabinets, appliances or closets to document the condition, lifespan and manufacturer information for water lines, electrical panels, mechanicals and appliances.
We typically request that your PURE360 is updated every five years, but if you’d like one sooner to help you identify any potential ongoing risks, please reach out to us at [email protected].
No. The PURE360 is included with PURE membership at no additional cost to you.
*For homes insured with PURE Specialty Exchange or PURE Programs, an inspection fee of $350 (or $300 for homes insured in Florida) is included in your annual insurance bill in any year that a PURE360 is required.
We would be happy to review it but, in most cases, we will still ask to conduct a PURE360. It is important to us that all information is current and that we can help you better protect your home.
THE VISIT
You don’t need to prepare anything, but there are a few items that can help us better understand your home if you have access to them:
- Blueprints to help give us a sense of square footage.
- Mechanical or maintenance records on home systems.
- Prior appraisals or real estate inspections.
- Information on the cost of renovations or new builds.
- An inventory of fine art or other high value items. If you do not have an inventory, your Risk Manager can put you in touch with the PURE Art Services team to assist.
While our Risk Managers find it helpful for you to be there so they can offer advice and ask questions in real time, it is not a requirement. Our team is happy to work with a trusted representative such as an assistant or home manager if you are unable to be there.
Whether you are present for the visit or not, we will call and email you with the results of the inspection and remain available to answer any of your questions.
While it typically takes about an hour to complete the visit, timing can vary depending on the square footage of your home. Larger homes with extensive custom features may take more time. If you have any time constraints the day of your visit, please email us at [email protected] to let us know.
No. Your Risk Manager will inspect your roof for areas of deterioration from the ground. Any information you can provide on when your roof was last replaced is helpful.
All PURE Risk Managers have expertise in high value homes, some as former custom home builders or appraisers and some with a background in claims handling or underwriting for specialty insurance carriers. Each of our Risk Managers is vetted and background checked by our team.
In some instances, your consultation may be conducted by our partners at Mueller, who also have deep expertise and experience with home risk assessments.
AFTER THE VISIT
After the visit has been completed, you will receive an email with your PURE360 report attached within 10 business days. You can also view the report in your online account or in the PURE Insurance mobile app.
The best PURE members aim to act responsibly and are proactive about risk management, taking steps to help avoid losses. Some of the loss prevention solutions provided by your Risk Manager may be required to insure your home with PURE.
Our Risk Management Services team can help you understand the appropriate next steps and can even assist with coordinating vendors or scheduling appointments to complete the work. To contact them, email [email protected] or call 888.813.7873.
The goal of the PURE360 is to ensure your coverage is adequate, your home’s characteristics are well documented and that all available policy credits are applied. While it is not our intent, it is possible that your premium could increase or decrease following the consultation.
SCHEDULING
Members who are eligible to self-schedule will receive an email with a link to our online scheduling tool. Simply select the date and time that works best for you, confirm who will be home during the visit and confirm your appointment.
If you prefer to schedule directly with a member of our coordination team, please give us a call at 888.813.7873.
While it is our intention to visit every home we insure, factors like risk exposure, information submitted by your broker and Risk Manager availability all impact the timing of when a PURE360 is conducted.
If you have another home close to the one we are planning to visit, we may be able to see both on the same day. Please email us at [email protected] to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Yes, we partner with Mueller to conduct PURE360 Consultations in areas where we do not have a PURE Risk Manager nearby.
