How does it work?

We believe there is great value for our members and for PURE in collecting documentation on every home that we insure, and we are eager for the opportunity to collaborate with you to do that. If you are unable to complete the review, please contact us at [email protected]

On average, about 30 minutes.

We recommend that you complete the home review at your earliest convenience, but we will send you reminders if you can’t get to it right away.

If you will not be able to complete your review within the 15-day window, please contact us at [email protected]. We can extend the deadline or reschedule at your convenience.

You need a smartphone that is connected to the internet in order to complete the review and submit the required photos.

If Wi-Fi is not available, you can take the required photos while you are at home and then upload them at a later time when you are connected to the internet.

Your information is reviewed by one of our Risk Managers who will share your personalized report with you. This will include insights on how you can reduce risk around your home and the estimated cost to rebuild it in case of a total loss. You will receive the completed report via email.

The information you submit is anonymized, stored by our third-party vendor and shared only with PURE.

PURE members with homes under 5,000 square feet may qualify. Contact [email protected] to determine whether this is a good option for your home.
