While we do everything in our power to help you prevent loss, we understand claims do happen. So we provide a caring, compassionate and seamless experience designed to minimize the demands of insurance on your time.
We remove administrative hassles during the claims process
Your PURE Member Advocate® will assist you throughout your entire claim, helping to make the process as smooth as possible. They can book rental cars, schedule repairs and or even hunt for replacements for items that have been damaged, lost or stolen.
We help you prevent losses from happening again
For covered losses greater than $10,000, we will contribute up to $2,500 to help you implement a solution that reduces the likelihood of a similar loss. In 2023, we invested more than $1 million alongside members.
We have unrivaled experience and expertise
Our Executive Adjusters have over 20 years of experience helping to resolve claims, and we have in-house experts who can assist with handling claims for fine art, historic homes, watercraft and other specialties.
We respond with empathy
We recognize the emotional impact large, devastating losses can have on an individual or family. So, we provide our claims team with specialized training for emotional intelligence and trauma-informed care, resulting in highly capable and empathetic care.
We have a network of service providers who can help you get back to normal faster
We aim to help our members return to normal as quickly as possible following a claim. We have a network of vetted and trusted service providers who can assist with emergency cleanup and restoration, tree care and removal, as well as repairs and reconstruction.
We prioritize fairness
While stockholder-owned companies are motivated to maximize underwriting profits for their investors, PURE is different. We base your premiums on your unique risk factors with no incentive for us to charge anything higher. If we collect more in premiums than we pay out in claims and expenses for the year, some of that surplus may be allocated back to the membership through Subscriber Savings Accounts (SSAs).
We reward loyalty
We believe that our most loyal members deserve to pay less. As a result, after five years of membership, you no longer pay surplus contributions, resulting in savings. And, after 10 years of membership, as a PURE Gold member, you are eligible for cash distributions from your SSA.
