Exhale is a comprehensive home management service designed to make home ownership effortless. From the start, you are paired with a dedicated home manager who will get to know your property inside and out.
They’ll coordinate every detail from scheduling essential home maintenance to management of on-demand projects and even help ensure your home runs smoothly when you’re away.
How it works
When you join Exhale, your membership fee for the first 18 months is waived (a $3,582 value). Included in your membership is a dedicated home manager—your single point of contact who assists with everything from routine maintenance to on-demand repairs to home improvements. Membership starts with a Resiliency Visit, led by your home manager to identify and address potential issues before they become problems.
You'll also receive access to 24/7 Emergency & Guardian Care™, a dedicated home watch program to ensure your property is secure when you’re traveling. Together, these services form a seamless, year-round layer of protection that keeps your home at its best and helps prevent costly claims before they occur.

Exhale has been overseeing the care and maintenance of our home for over a year now. In addition to scheduling basic home maintenance services for us, they have responded quickly and professionally to additional requests like plumbing, electrical and painting.
Your questions, answered
Exhale membership fees and the cost of your comprehensive Resiliency Visit are waived for 18 months (a $5,000 value). You will only pay for the home maintenance services that you choose to have performed (HVAC tune-ups, gutter cleaning, project work). Your home manager will always provide a clear estimate before any work is performed.
Your dedicated Exhale home manager coordinates all services. The Resiliency Visit is conducted by a trained, background-checked and insured Exhale employee. For other ongoing services, your home manager utilizes Exhale's carefully curated network of trusted technicians and vetted specialists.
Your Resiliency Visit is a comprehensive, hands-on assessment and preventative maintenance visit performed by an Exhale professional. During the visit, your Exhale team will focus on:
- Water leak prevention & plumbing integrity. This is a major focus of the visit, designed to prevent costly and disruptive water damage claims.
- Safety systems & structural checks, including:
- Protective devices
- Drone roof Inspection
- Dryer vents
- Electrical panels
- Appliance & infrastructure documentation, including:
- Document the location, make and model of all major water-supplied appliances
- Check for safeguards like overflow pans, drains and float switches
Following your Resiliency Visit, you will receive a comprehensive digital home report outlining all findings, photographs and recommendations, giving you a complete and proactive overview of your home's condition.
Not necessarily. After your initial onboarding with your home manager, you do not need to be present. A key benefit of the Exhale service is our ability to manage your home's needs without disrupting your schedule.
Yes, a completion report for your Resiliency Visit will be provided to PURE. If additional policy credits are available to you based on the findings, those credits will be applied.

The Exhale membership and corresponding home management services are a product of Exhale Home, LLC. Through a collaboration with PURE, the Exhale membership is being offered to our members for free for the first 18 months. PURE does not guarantee any specific results from the membership or any related services, including that Exhale will be able to detect or repair all issues.
