Dea joined PURE in 2022 and has more than 20 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. She currently oversees all actuarial and risk functions including reserving, pricing and enterprise risk management. 

Prior to joining PURE, she held various leadership roles at Liberty Mutual and Allianz across US and international markets. Dea has a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics from Florida State University. She is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
