Robert F. Larocca is the Chief Strategic Relations Officer of SterlingRisk, which he joined in 1999 and helped transform into one of the nation’s top privately held insurance brokerages. His professional strengths include Strategic Insurance Carrier Relations, Client Management, New Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Executive Management. On the carrier side, Robert sits on several advisory boards. Prior to joining SterlingRisk, he held the position of AIG Long Island Branch Manager for American International Group after having served as Assistant Vice President at Johnson & Higgins. He began his career in 1991 as a broker with Marsh & McLennan’s FINPRO Division in New York. A 1990 graduate of LIU Post, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. Robert is a tireless supporter of many local and national charitable organizations. He is a current member of The Nassau County Police Reserves and serves on the boards of RiskProNet, an international network of U.S. based Insurance Brokers, and the Council for Insuring Private Clients (CIPC). Robert also serves on the board of directors for The Mental Health Association of Nassau County and Nassau County Law Enforcement Exploring.
