How it works
Once the LeakBot sensor is clipped to a pipe near your home’s main water supply, it monitors both the air and water temperatures in your home. If there is a leak, your pipes will continually draw colder water from outside into your home, creating a drop in water and pipe temperature. When LeakBot senses a prolonged and consistent drop in temperature, it will notify you of the problem by sending an alert to your phone. They’ll also arrange for a plumber to visit your home to find and fix the issue, at no cost to you.

It takes less than 5 minutes to install and you don’t need any plumbing know-how. All you need is a smart phone and Wi-Fi.

It's Private and Non-Intrusive
LeakBot only monitors the air temperature and pipe temperature in your home. It doesn’t gather any other data about your home or access other data on your phone.

LeakBot takes less than five minutes to install, you don’t need any tools or plumbing know-how. Just download the LeakBot app from the Google Play Store or App Store and activate your account. Step-by-step instructions will walk you through locating your main water supply and clipping the LeakBot to the pipe.
A smartphone and a 24/7 Wi-Fi connection with internet access is all that is required.
LeakBot’s patented Thermi-Q technology accurately measures both the air and pipe temperatures in your home. If you have a leak it will continually draw colder water from outside into your home, creating a consistent drop in temperature. LeakBot can sense the prolonged and consistent drop in temperature and alerts you to the problem.
When a LeakBot detects a leak, it will notify you in the LeakBot app, by email and by text message. If a LeakBot alerts you to a leak, open the LeakBot app and you will be guided through the next steps.
One LeakBot will monitor usage within a typical house with one main water supply line. There is no need for additional devices.
A trusted LeakBot plumber will visit your home, use specialized equipment to locate the leak, fix it and confirm that your home is leak free before they leave. All at no charge to you.
