September 18, 2022

PURE has been a sponsor of The Nantucket Project (TNP) since 2014, and, after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, we were thrilled to join TNP for their tenth annual gathering in September 2022. These gatherings bring together some of the most influential leaders of our time—from artists to tech experts to politicians and activists—all of whom are dedicated to working towards a better and more resilient future. This year’s gathering focused on finding solutions for a more pluralistic society and a healthier digital world.

Among the many incredible speakers were Tristan Harris, co-founder and executive director of the Center for Humane Technology, subject of the two-time Emmy winning Netflix documentary The Social Dilemma and winner of The Nantucket Project’s audience award. Watch Tristan on stage at TNP.

Other presenters included: Angela Glover Blackwell, lifelong advocate for racial and economic equity and Founder at PolicyLink; and Michael Hayden, retired U.S. Air Force four-star general, former Director of the National Security Agency and Central Intelligence Agency and current principal at the security consultancy Chertoff Group.

New this year, PURE hosted members and other attendees in The Living Room by PURE—a place to relax, refuel and recharge during the four-day long event.

PURE members were also invited to special events throughout the weekend.
